Design Engineer – Solar PV

Minimum 1 year experience in Solar PV Design Engineering for Residential (1 kW onwards), Commercial & Industrial (up to 1 MW), and Ground Mounted Projects (2–10 MW), preferably KUSUM projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical system sizing and configuration.

• String sizing and inverter selection.

• DC & AC cable sizing and protection design.

• Preparation of SLD, layouts, and evacuation schemes.

• Rooftop and ground-mounted layout preparation.

• Structural coordination and mounting layout design.

• Energy simulation using PVsyst.

• Preparation of BOQ and technical documentation.

• Support proposal preparation and tender submissions.

• Client interaction for design optimization.

Software Skills (Mandatory): • AutoCAD • PVsyst • SketchUp
